For mobility-impaired customers, we offer complimentary wheelchairs and motorised scooters.

To reserve one, please book in advance by calling 03 8420 1400, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please provide proof of identification, which should be either a valid passport, driver’s license or proof of age card. On presentation of these, you’ll be asked to fill out a hire agreement form.

For your convenience, you will also find disabled parking at the centre entrances.
