Fast, fresh and friendly is how the day rolls for Eric. He makes vibrant Vietnamese food, with a focus on sharing great family food with Roll’d customers.
Eric really values his regular customers and he prides himself on knowing their names and orders. He knows who loves their Banh Mi, and who has a soft spot for the rice paper rolls.
He also enjoys meeting the many new customers who come to Victoria Gardens. “We don’t just have our locals visit the store but also many other customers from different sides of the city,” says Eric. There’s often a buzz at Victoria Gardens, with visitors attracted to the centre by some of the big stores like IKEA.
Eric loves the atmosphere created by the events hosted by Victoria Gardens. One of the highlights was the job fair when, Eric says, “the atmosphere was amazing and the number of people who turned up for it was surprising.”
Eric loves the consistency of the locals’ visits to the centre “which is a big help for business.” Best of all, he says “everyone is so kind and friendly.”
Eric has worked at Victoria Gardens for almost four years and worked in food retail for ten years before that. He really enjoys working at Roll’d and loves the flexibility he has working there.
