About the role
Working as part of the Telstra Store team at Victoria Gardens you'll be the face and voice of Telstra! Talking to new and existing customers, you'll deliver personalised service and expert advice to uncover their unique needs and match them with great solutions. On any given day you could be sharing your knowledge about Telstra services or the latest gadgets that are on offer. You could even be kitting up a customer with wireless devices to keep them connected on the go – it's a job with plenty of challenge and variety to keep things interesting.

Store Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9.00am - 5.30pm, Thursday & Friday 9.00am - 9.00 pm, Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm & Sunday 10.00 - 5.00pm
What you'll bring
To do well in a retail career with Telstra you'll need to be confident, knowledgeable and resilient; with a natural enthusiasm for working with people. You'll be receptive to different personalities, and use varied approaches in your interactions with people. Success for Telstra is all about customer satisfaction; and that means going the extra mile for the most important people – their customers! Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferable, as well as a demonstrated ability to work to and achieve individual and team sales targets.
Plus, any Telecommunications or Technology Experience, is a bonus!
